A gathering of churches and people who are or will be doing student ministry in a multi-site context.
Multi Summit is a gathering of folks who are doing student ministry in a multi-site context. If your church is doing or working toward multi site ministry, you don’t want to miss this event coming up on March 6-7, 2025. The Multi-Summit is all about the conversation, we can learn from each other to get better together. Multi Summit is for student ministry pastors/directors, student ministry staff, volunteers, church staff etc. – anyone who is part of your multi site student ministry team.
What the Multi-Summit Is:
Focused discussion around the issues we are all facing in multi-site student ministry
Networking to meet some of your peers who are innovative and knocking it out of the park
Honest discussion about what isn’t working so we can hopefully find solutions to make our churches better
What The Multi-Summit is NOT:
How to do student ministry like Northview Church
A platform to brag about how many campuses you have
A network to pitch your big book idea so you can become Christian famous

THE SPEAKERS & HOST
Jon Rush
A dynamic communicator, experienced pastor, and visionary leader with over a decade of ministry experience. Since beginning youth ministry in 2010, Jon has honed his ability to connect with and inspire the next generation, serving in various pastoral roles at City First Church in Rockford, IL for 10 years and Elevation Church in Charlotte, NC for 5 years.
Beginning the year, Jon is partnering with TheosU, leading the launch of Theos Youth, an initiative dedicated to providing affordable and accessible theology to every pastor and Christian.
Jon seeks to help the leaders of Gen Z win—the pastors, parents, and pioneers—by equipping them to understand video games, content, and how to navigate these spaces as faithful followers of Jesus. He aims to be a divine guide to the internet.
Nick Blevins
Nick leads the NextGen staff at Community Christian Church in Maryland. He is the author of The Volunteer Playbook and loves to help church leaders recruit volunteers and develop their ministries, which he does through his website, weekly podcast, church strategy consulting, and Ministry Boost, a company he co-founded with two other NextGen Pastors.
Zach Coffin
Rev. Zach Coffin has been pastoring since age 19 and preaching since age 16. Formerly the Director of Next Generation Ministries for The Wesleyan Church World Headquarters, Zach is known for teaching individuals and churches to embrace a Holy Spirit-led life through his passionate preaching, thought-provoking teachings, and presence-driven coaching. He teaches teams how to think and use GenAI, serves as the Director of Partnership for Kingswood Learn, and Director of The Higher Ed Marketer. Zach holds bachelor’s degrees in Christian Ministry and Christian Education from Indiana Wesleyan University and a master’s in Pastoral Theology from Kingswood University. In 2022, he received the “Distinguished Alumni Award” from Indiana Wesleyan University. Zach and his wife, Becca, have been married for 17 years and have two daughters. They spend their summers traveling the country speaking at camps and churches. Connect with Zach at zachcoffin.com or on social media @zcoffin.
Ally Evans
Ally Evans is the NextGen Leader at Life.Church based in Edmond, OK. She has been on staff for 24 years, always within the NextGen realm. Today Life.Church has 45 locations in 11 states. Ally directly leads a team of 15 in the Central structure of the church while indirectly leading a team of 160 that make LifeKids (children’s ministry for birth-5th grade) and Switch (student ministry for 6th-12thgraders) and the Internship program happen. Her two best friends are her daughters, Matyson and Abby.
Andrew Stanley
Growing up as a homeschooled preacher’s kid, it was unlikely that Andrew Stanley would ever find love, become a comedian, or contribute to society in a meaningful way. Two out of three is not bad! Now a husband and fast-rising stand-up comedian, Andrew has been performing all over the country since 2016. His unique perspective pairs well with his dry delivery and observational nature. Andrew can be heard regularly on Sirius XM radio, he was selected as a New Face of Comedy at Montreal’s prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, he appeared on Nate Bargatze’s “The Showcase” on Nateland in 2023, and he’ll be taping his debut comedy special in 2025. Andrew’s parents are still alive so he works clean.
